Our Approach

The client came to us ready to launch a new business — Eagle Rock Co, a unique combination of a coffee, coworking, and community space. They needed a website to get the word out, and overall digital visibility to establish credibility, trust, and authenticity in their new venture. Our goal was to drive reach, awareness, and conversions through web design, content and branded storytelling, event and reputation management, paid ads, and email marketing.

We built out a strategy that attracted people who were looking for coworking space, people who were looking to rent a space for their events, and those who were simply searching for a local place that serves great coffee. 


In only 9 months, we helped Eagle Rock Co receive close to 3200 searches per month from Google My Business and more than 100 customer leads per month from Yelp. The website receives 500 organic visitors per month and ranks for 80 keywords. We provided a consistent flow of new leads and increased awareness about Eagle Rock Co coffee, coworking, and community place. Our designers came up with a unique, functional and elegant solution to showcase their concept and branding on the website while content marketers made sure content and storytelling are in line with their message and branding. Well visited events (421 event tickets sold over the last few months), loyal coworkers, and new locals that keep coming in to check out space, the online reputation that is steadily growing (the number of reviews quickly grew from 0 to 66.
